Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping for approved bulk peptide orders. Shipping options, costs, and delivery times depend on the destination country, order size, product type, and selected courier or freight method.
Once an order is confirmed and payment has cleared, we will prepare the shipment and provide the customer with the relevant tracking details where available.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the destination and order requirements, shipments may be sent using international courier, freight forwarding, or specialist logistics channels.
Available shipping methods may vary from country to country. We will advise the most suitable option at the time of order.
Dispatch Times
Dispatch times depend on product availability, order volume, batch preparation, packaging requirements, and documentation needs. Estimated dispatch timelines will be confirmed during the ordering process.

Customs, Import Duties & Local Regulations
All international orders are shipped at the buyer’s own risk with regard to customs clearance, import restrictions, local regulations, taxes, duties, and documentation requirements.
The customer is fully responsible for confirming that the products ordered are legal to import into their country before placing an order.

Customs Seizures
We take no responsibility for customs seizures, customs holds, confiscations, rejected imports, delayed clearances, additional inspections, duties, taxes, fines, penalties, or any other action taken by customs or regulatory authorities in the destination country.
Once an order has been dispatched, customs clearance becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
No refunds, replacements, chargebacks, or reshipments will be provided for orders seized, destroyed, delayed, rejected, or held by customs or any government authority.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept this risk.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional courier charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We will assist where possible by providing tracking information and helping communicate with the courier or logistics provider. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, political disruptions, import processing delays, or any event outside our control.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, the customer must notify us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and affected products. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Final Shipping Disclaimer
By placing an order, the customer agrees that they are responsible for understanding and complying with all import laws and regulations in their country. The customer accepts full responsibility for customs clearance and any risk associated with international shipment.
